LIEGE EXPO SCRL has adopted a strict Confidentiality Policy because we take your private life very seriously and process your personal data carefully. This Confidentiality Policy relating to the Internet sites of LIEGE EXPO SCRL and the companies affiliated to LIEGE EXPO SCRL, explains how we deal with the information on prospective customers, clients and partners.

When we send you an e-mail or other messages, we can keep these messages. Sometimes we ask you for personal details which are relevant because they are connected with the matter being dealt with.

LIEGE EXPO SCRL never transmits personal data to parties other than those with whom we have concluded a processing agreement. If that were to happen, the necessary arrangements will be made with these parties to ensure the security of your personal data. 
Furthermore, LIEGE EXPO SCRL will not transmit the data you supply to us unless this is legally required and authorised. We can also share personal data with third parties if you give us permission for this in writing. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. We do not supply personal data to parties located outside the EU.

LIEGE EXPO SCRL does not keep personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been provided or required by law. Personal data will be deleted from our database after a maximum of 5 years of inactivity. You have the right to consult, correct or delete your personal data. At the end of this Confidentiality Declaration, you will find our contact details. To check your identity, we ask you to send a copy of your Identity Card. We would strongly advise you to make your passport photo and national register number invisible and mention that this is a copy. 
You can object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our subcontractors and ask for this data to be sent to you directly or to one of your third parties whom you have chosen. To respond to this type of request, we will ask you to identify yourself.  
LIEGE EXPO SCRL makes every effort to protect your personal data as well as possible by applying technical and organisational measures of which the following are some examples:
  • All the persons who might have access to your data on behalf of LIEGE EXPO SCRL are bound to keep it confidential.
  • We use a policy of username and password across all our systems.
  • Personal data is saved in order to be able to trace back to any physical or technical occurrences.

Right of correction and deletion

As provided for by the legislation on privacy protection, you can always amend/delete your data free of charge. All you need to do is contact us.
In order to allow us to check your identity, we ask you for send a copy of your Identity Card, making your passport photo and national register number invisible and mention that this is a copy. You will also find at the bottom of each email the possibility of amending your contact details or unsubscribing from the newsletter.
